Introduction: Why This Matters
Matthew 11 reveals Jesus as gentle and kind, offering rest to all who are weary. While the world often expects strength to look loud or aggressive, Jesus shows us that true strength is found in gentleness and grace. His invitation to come to Him is one of the most comforting in all of Scripture.
1. Bible Reading: Matthew 11:28–30
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest… For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
Explanation For Teenagers
Jesus doesn’t ask you to have it all together—He invites you to bring your burdens to Him.
True rest comes not from escaping life but from walking with Jesus through it.
His love is strong, gentle, and trustworthy. You’re never carrying life alone.
