Introduction: Why This Matters
In Matthew 10, Jesus sends out His disciples to preach, heal, and cast out evil. He gives them both power and a mission. But He also prepares them for challenges. This chapter reminds us that living for Jesus means both purpose and perseverance.
1. Bible Reading: Matthew 10:1–8
“Jesus called his twelve disciples to him and gave them authority to drive out impure spirits and to heal every disease and sickness… ‘Freely you have received; freely give.'”
Explanation For Teenagers
Jesus empowered ordinary people to do extraordinary things in His name.
They didn’t earn it—they received it freely, and they were called to give it freely too.
You don’t have to be perfect to serve—you just need to be willing and obedient.

Explanation For Teenagers
Jesus reminds us not to be afraid—even when it’s hard. God sees us, knows us, and values us deeply.
