Introduction: Why This Matters
Zechariah 4 is a vision filled with symbols, but the meaning is clear—God’s work is done not by might or strength, but by His Spirit. Zerubbabel, the governor, faced a huge task rebuilding the temple. This chapter reminds us that we don’t have to do life alone—God empowers us with His presence.
1. Bible Reading: Zechariah 4:1–7
“‘Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,’ says the Lord Almighty. ‘What are you, mighty mountain? Before Zerubbabel you will become level ground.’”
Explanation For Teenagers
Sometimes problems seem huge—like mountains. But God says His Spirit can flatten them.
We don’t have to face life with our strength alone. God’s Spirit gives us courage, peace, and power.
When you rely on God instead of yourself, you’ll see what He can do through you.
