Explanation for Teenagers:
God calls us to focus our minds on what is good and glorifying to Him. This includes the content we consume on social media. We should be mindful of the messages and images we expose ourselves to online, making sure they align with biblical principles.

- How does the content you see on social media align with Philippians 4:8?
- What kinds of posts or accounts tend to pull your focus away from what’s praiseworthy?
- What are practical ways to “think about such things” online?

Instructions
- Have teens spend 5-10 minutes reviewing their social media accounts.
- Ask them to identify:
- Accounts, posts, or content that align with Philippians 4:8
- Accounts, posts, or content that could be harmful or distracting
- Ways their social media use reflects (or doesn’t reflect) their faith
- Encourage them to make a plan to curate their online presence.

- What did you notice about the content you engage with online?
- How might adjusting your social media use impact your relationship with God and others?
- What’s one practical step you can take this week to be a better online witness?
