As we celebrate World Mental Health Day, we’ll discover how the Bible provides guidance, strength, and hope for our minds and hearts.

Opening Prayer

Let’s begin our time together in prayer. Almighty God, thank you for bringing us together to explore your Word and its wisdom for our mental health. Open our hearts and minds, and may your Spirit guide us in this journey. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.


The Struggle for Peace

Bible Reading: Philippians 4:6-7 (NIV)

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

Explanation For Teenagers:
